Our Lady of Peace requires that children must be three years of age and toilet trained by September 1st to enroll in preschool. A birth certificate, Baptismal certificate (if baptized), health care summary and immunization records must be presented to the school prior to enrolling.

All kindergartners enrolling in Our Lady of Peace for the first time must complete Early Childhood Screening. It is free and includes an immunization review, developmental screening, vision and hearing screening and review of your child's health history. It is done by Minneapolis Public School nurses and can be scheduled by calling 612-348-8687 or 612-668-3711.
Immunization Records and Health Records are needed before your child may attend school. Minnesota law requires that schools enforce the immunization law.
