* Monthly Rates - 10-month cycle is from August - May. The 11-month cycle is from July -May.
Student Fees
Student fees will automatically be added to each student’s agreement in TADS.
Student fees includes a copy of the yearbook, technology fees, planners, Bibles, chrome book cases and NWEA testing.

Extended Day Program
Extended day is a program offered before school starting at 7:00 am - 8:00 am and after school from 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm.
The number of days and days of week selected is a fixed schedule for the school year.
There are two classrooms.
One for Preschool and another for Kindergarten-Grade 5.
Financial Aid is available for preschool through eighth grade for students attending school from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Financial Aid is available for families with children in Preschool – Eighth Grade. To apply for financial aid, please complete the financial aid application through TADS Financial Aid Center. Once you have applied through TADS, there is a link on your homepage to apply for financial aid.
In addition to our financial aid, the Aim Higher Foundation and CSAF offer scholarships for Catholic School students. The deadline to apply for the Aim Higher scholarship is usually in February, check with the school for the exact date. Families should indicate interest in this scholarship at the end of the TADs financial aid process. We encourage all families to apply for financial assistance.
All financial aid applications must be submitted by March 1. You will be notified of your award by April 1.
Whoever the child resides with should fill this application out, whether it is a parent, grandparent, aunt/uncle, or legal guardian. There is a section within the application where you can enter contributions from non-custodial parents and relatives.
Our calculation works off of the total household income, therefore including all income, whether the party is legally responsible for your children or not. Our system, however, does take into effect your spouse's expenses as well as their income. It is important to list all expenses that are asked of within the application.
Yes. You will need to list out all children within your household. That includes children attending another private school, children attending a public school, or children not attending school.
We have designed a section for you to select from a list of pre-generated circumstances. If your circumstance is not listed, please feel free to write us a letter explaining your circumstance. Please write "SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES," on the top of your letter, along with your name and application ID.
Include the most recent tax documentation you have available. If you are asked for a specific line from a tax document that you have not yet completed, please estimate the projected amount.
We do not disclose information about the results of your application. All final tuition aid decisions, including notification of an award amount (if any); will be made by your school. For the date award notices will be given, please contact your school directly.
