The Our Lady of Peace Cross Country Running team will aim to use our physical skills to become stronger, better runners and learn about goal setting and health.
This team is open to all kids in grade 4-8
Practice
Practices will meet twice per week after school.
Meets
Athletes will compete in meets in September and October on Fridays (4-5 meets)
Locations to be announced. A date in October, to be determined, is hosted by Our Lady of Peace. We will need volunteers for that event.
Volunteers
The team will need several coaches to operate. If you are a runner or enjoy spending time with kids this could be a great volunteer opportunity for you. Contact the Athletic director if you are interested.
Cost
The cost of the program is $40 and includes an Our Lady of Peace t-shirt.
