Extended Day Program  2022-2023

Extended day is a program offered before school starting at 7:00 am and after school ending at 6:00 pm.


The number of days selected is a fixed schedule for the school year.


Changes to a student’s schedule can be made before school starts, or one month in advance during the school year, depending on availability.


There are two classrooms.


One for Preschool-Prekindergarten, and another for Kindergarten—Grade 8.

* Monthly Rates - 10-month cycle is from August - May. The 11-month cycle is from July -May.

Student Fees 2022-2023

Student fees will automatically be added to each student’s agreement in TADS.


Student fees includes a copy of yearbook and technology fees.

Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten: $105

Kindergarten-4th Grade: $180

5th-8th Grade: $205


Financial aid is available for Early Learning Families. Students must be enrolled in the full-day program.


Financial Aid is available for preschool through eighth grade for students attending school from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.

How to Apply Online

Financial Aid is available for families with children in Preschool – Eighth Grade.  To apply for financial aid, please complete the financial aid application through TADS Financial Aid Center. Once you have applied through TADS, there is a link on your homepage to apply for financial aid. 

In addition to our financial aid, the Aim Higher Foundation and CSAF offer scholarships for Catholic School students. The deadline to apply for the Aim Higher scholarship is  February 20, 2021. Families should indicate interest in this scholarship at the end of the TADs financial aid process. We encourage all families to apply for financial assistance. 

All financial aid applications must be submitted by February 20. You will be notified of your award by April 1.
